No. Medera is a co-therapy OS: agents draft, score, flag and prepare, a licensed clinician reviews and approves before anything is filed, sent or coded. The approval gate cannot be disabled.

Recording only starts after documented client consent, captured in Medera or imported from your intake flow. Consent status is visible in the session header at all times, and clients can revoke at any point.

Medera is HIPAA compliant: we sign BAAs, encrypt PHI in transit and at rest, maintain audit logs on every agent action, and never train foundation models on your data. Our SOC 2 Type II report is available to customers under NDA.

Medera syncs notes, measures and codes to major EHRs used in behavioral health, with an API for custom systems. Tell us your stack during onboarding and we'll confirm coverage.

Solo practices are typically live the same day. Group practices and health systems roll out in one to three weeks, including template mapping, SSO and compliance review.
